Hi I am looking for some help. I'm not technical at all with this and came across this forum for plcs. I run a small business in Missouri and we purchased some equipment a few months back. It's a Macdermid Flexlight 5280 to make printing plates with. In it is a Modicon TSX P57102. During the move it lost its memory. We have disks etc to run a back up but I can't access the machine. I'm just not technical enough. We have reached out to everyone and am still coming to a dead end. Just looking for some help. I can pass along any info needed just don't know what is needed. Thanks in advance .
