Hi Guys
I am using archestra alarm client and intouch application and trying to add an acknowledge comment to alarms. The Alarm client has 3 user defined columns as user1, user2 and user3. I want to modify user3 column and assign this column to ack comment. I tried tag.alarmuserdefstr but as clients have their own local database, this dotfield is not writing on main database. I need to use AlarmClient1.AckComment.DefaultValue but I do not know how to connect this to the User3 column or how to show value inserted in this dot field.
Do you have any Idea how I can write and show Acknowledge comment in alarm table?
